With a keen understanding of market gaps, she is looking to address those gaps through driving innovation and excellence. QES was born out of that reason to disrupt the Bahamian market, Africa and beyond.
Ms. Farquharson is well respected busienss woman in the Bahamas. She sits on the Board of Directors at the Bahamas Financial Services Board and serves as Senior Vice President at Leno Bahamas, overseeing business development and client relations for the multi-billion dollar group. With prior banking and employee benefits experience from Fidelity/RF Bahamas, Cleora is a well-known industry leader.
Her keen understanding of market gaps and visionary approach positions QES as a gameanger, inspiring her team to drive innovation and excellence beyond the Bahamas.
Noorul-ain Khan

She has held senior finance and leadership roles at Nedbank, Barclays, FirstRand, FinBank, iSoftBet, Venture Capital and family offices, gaining deep expertise in financial strategy, risk management, and business transformation. Recognized as one of the “Most Influential Women in iGaming in Europe” for her exceptional contributions to digital innovation within the sector and known for her financial turnaround strategies that have reshaped businesses and positioned them for long-term growth.
